access to the area by car is limited to certain hours or you have to obtain a
permit : therefore we advise you to leave your car in one of the several
private garages in the vicinity, one just 50 meters away.
The Santa Croce neighbourhood is rich with restaurants, theatres, museums and other premises typical to the historical centre of Florence. You can easily reach the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi gallery.
The
apartment is found on the third floor without elevator (60 steps). The terrace
of 12 square meters offers a wonderful and unique panorama over the historic
centre of Florence. The apartment is very bright.
The property has one bedroom and two bathrooms and it can accomodate 4 people. On the first level, as you enter, you will find: the kitchen with dining area, the living room with a pull out sofa (160 cm), the master bedroom and two bathrooms with shower (one bathroom is en suite). On the second level (9steps) a charming living room with fireplace and TV area and the access to the panoramic terrace.
